We will not set up in stormy weather conditions or has a high chance of severe imminent deterioration of weather conditions.
We understand that it can be frustrating if the forecast isn’t good, but we must rely on the info we have at hand to make our decisions.
If a light rain or drizzle begins during your event. “if SAFE” leave the Bounce house Inflated, to avoid flooding the unit. A cleaning fee may be required if the Inflatable gets rained on.
Each unit is vacuumed, cleaned and disinfected after every rental.
All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned with Safe nontoxic cleaner, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
(Appropriate water use)
By selecting “Wet Use,” on the quote request page, You agree to use the inflatable with water, you are only allowed to use the water feature provided with the rental. Sprinklers are not allowed in or to spray the inflatable. Inside or outside.
Water attachments provided by Pouncy house is the only source of water that can be used on the inflatables.
Renter supplies watering hose that is long enough to reach the inflatables location.
Absolutely no soap or bubbles are allowed in or on the inflatable.
Failure to follow this rule will result in the cleaning charge up to $200.
Grass or pavement placement only. We will not set up on dirt or sand.
Grass is best, however we will setup on pavement or asphalt with advance notice.
Pavement or asphalt will require sandbags to secure the unit.
Locate any sprinkler lines, septic tanks Electrical lines etc, that could be damaged when staking down the unit. We use 18inch stakes.
Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the setup area
Renters must measure and ensure adequate space and clearances for the inflatable prior to delivery.
The setup area must be level and free from obstacles or debris.
If space is inadequate upon arrival, full payment is still required, and no refunds will be issued.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
No charge for general cleaning.
If excessive cleaning is needed, a cleaning charge of $30 to $200 will be required. Examples But not limited to: Face paint, Silly String, Food, Gum, Rust Stains from water pump, marker or paint.
The first thing I like to tell people is, “measure.” Make sure you know where you want your bounce house rental, and make sure there is enough room. Also, make sure your outside plug is working or an inside plug we can run a cord to thru a window or under a door. We need the correct amount of electric outlets on separate breakers within 100 feet minimum. The second thing is, mow your lawn 1 or more days before, not the same day or the morning. It will help keep the bounce house clean for your kids’ enjoyment. Also, please make sure that your yard area is clean, kill any red ant in area and free of debris…especially “doggie debris”, sticks, and rocks. Please turn off your sprinkler system before we arrive and for the duration of your party. We reserve the right to cancel if the setup area does not meet these requirements. Because we may have other rentals scheduled for the same day, please be sure that these areas are addressed before we arrive.
Included in your rental price, we guarantee your rental will be setup and ready for use up to 6 to 8 hours. We do our best to give you as much time as possible. If you would like to reserve an Inflatable for an extended length of time, we will be more than happy to accommodate you on a pro-rated basis provided we can work it around our other reservations. Every reservation is given our personal attention and we will be as flexible as possible when working with you and your schedule. We need a minimum hour window for set up and tear down
Our service is same day delivery and pickup only
For safety and quality assurance, we do not allow customer pickups. We handle all deliveries personally to ensure proper handling and functional units.
Because it is just my wife and I, we stay within a designated Area from our warehouse in (Holland MI). We will travel farther for multiple units or a delivery fee.
Indoor setup is just as quick and easy as outdoor setup. The units are inflated by cold air and there is no exhaust. The only consideration is that the height of the unit be less than the height of the ceiling. A gymnasium, auditorium, or any other large building would typically offer more than enough room. For indoor rentals we use sandbags to secure the unit. Indoor rentals must be declared in the rental quote page undersurfaces
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. The inflatable item will not be set up unless the contract/liability waiver is signed.
Yes! Your child’s safety is our number one concern. We chose our units because of their safety features. They are constructed of industry standard vinyl, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. Each unit is equipped with blowback valves on our blowers, and has emergency exits. We tie down the units using the appropriate stakes (18 inch) and/or Sandbags. Remember, ADULT SUPERVISION IS A MUST! This will insure that a few simple rules are followed and everyone has a FUN & SAFE time! There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.
As a rough average, there can be five to seven kids jumping together but it really depends on the size of the children. What keeps the Inflatable the safest is to separate big kids from little kids. In order to ensure the safety, and rules are being followed. Also to ensure the enjoyment of all participants, we have a policy requiring adult supervision at all times
