Policy and Rules
Adult supervision policy
These inflatables require one adult supervisor at all times.
In order to ensure the safety, and rules are being followed. Also to ensure the enjoyment of all participants, we have a policy requiring adult supervision at all times while the inflatable is in use. This is a crucial measure to prevent accidents and ensure that everyone has a fun and safe experience.
Weather Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to rain, High wind speed or severe imminent deterioration of weather conditions.
Rain policy
We will not set up in stormy weather conditions or has a high chance of severe imminent deterioration of weather conditions. We understand that it can be frustrating if the forecast isn't good, but we have to rely on the info we have at hand to make our decisions. If it starts to rain during your event, Leave the Bounce house Inflated, to avoid flooding the unit. A cleaning fee will be required if the Inflatable gets rained on.
Delivery and pickup Policy
For safety and quality assurance, we do not allow customer pickups. We handle all deliveries personally to ensure proper handling and timely service
Inflatable placement policy
Grass or pavement placement only. We will not set up on dirt or sand.
Inflatable water use policy
Appropriate water use.
By selecting “Wet Use,” You agree to use the inflatable with water, you are only allowed to use the water feature provided with the rental. Sprinklers are not allowed in or to spray the inflatable. Inside or outside.
Water attachments provided by Pouncy house is the only source of water that can be used on the inflatables.
Renter supplies watering hose that is long enough to reach the inflatables location.
Absolutely no soap or bubbles are allowed in or on the inflatable.
Failure to follow this rule will result in the cleaning charge up to $200.
Inflatable Dry use policy
By selecting "Dry Use," You agree not to use any sprinklers, pools, or other water features in conjunction with the inflatable bounce house.
Power source Policy
Renter will supply an outlet within 100 feet of the Inflatables location
We will provide a 100ft extension cord. Only one extension cord can be used
We DO NOT provide or allow generators as a power source
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations or changes must be made within 72 hours prior to your rental date.
Last minute cancelations that are Not weather related are subject to forfeiting the $50 deposit.
Payment policy
Payments must be paid in full on arrival/event day, payment can be made cash or card. Card payment taken over the phone or in person are subject to a processing fee.
Pouncy House Safety Rules and Guidelines:
Do not deflate the inflatable Unless authorized to or at any point you feel it is unsafe.
1. All participants must remove shoes, jewellery, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.
2. Absolutely NO – Soap, Bubbles, Silly string, Confetti, Gum, Food, Drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed. Sprinklers are not allowed in or to be used to spray the Inflatable
*Failure to follow these guidelines will result in an additional cleaning fee. (up to $200)
3. No Piñata’s in the bounce house- risk of severe injury.
4. No smoking on or around the inflatable.
5. To avoid neck and back injuries - no wrestling, flipping, colliding, or fighting.
6. Do not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house - serious injury may result.
7. Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
8. Do not allow older children to jump with younger children - risk of severe injury.
9. No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.
10. Keep unit away from heat and open flame at all times, material will burn or melt.
11. If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
12. Bounce House must be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use if wind exceeds 25mph - bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.
13. Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.
14. Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.
15. Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all those who use the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.
