What We Need From You:

• Adequate space for rented equipment. 
• Setup area must be free from debris.
• Grass or pavement placement only.
• We will not set up on dirt, sand, or gravel. 
• An outlet within 100 feet.
• (We provide extension cord)
• Locate any sprinkler lines, septic tanks, Electrical lines etc,
• that could be damaged when staking down the unit.
• Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day.

(Weather Policy)
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to rain, High wind speed or severe imminent deterioration of weather conditions. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rebook your event. please be assured that your entire deposit will be refunded in such circumstances. Once the unit has been delivered and setup, NO REFUND Due to weather conditions can be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery or have an alternate indoor space available. 

(Rain Policy)
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations at any time due to rain. We will not set up in stormy weather conditions or when there is a high chance of severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. We understand that it can be frustrating if the forecast isn't favorable, but we must rely on the information available to make our decisions. In the event of light rain or drizzle during your event, if it is SAFE to do so, please leave the bounce house inflated to prevent flooding. 

• - **Rain Fee:**  
• If the unit is wet on pick-up, an additional fee will be applied after the rental to cover the extra labor required to dry the unit:
•   - **$75** for what would have been a planned **DRY rental**
•   - **$25** for what would have been a planned **WET rental**
